TELEMATICS SUPPLIER Causeway says a majority of fonner GlobalLive customers are paying the extra charges that have been introduced for them to continue to make use of the telematics package.

Causeway paid £120,000 to acquire the trade and assets of GlobalLive in May after the firm ran into cash flow problems. When operators first signed up to use the telematics system from GlobalLive, they entered into leasing deals that were scheduled to last between four and five years Causeway initially continued the existing service on a goodwill basis.
