Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Scheduled to shut on 23 April, the closure of the station has been postponed until March 2010, following an ongoing battle with local businesses and Ann Cryer, the Labour MP for Keighley, West Yorkshire, against VOSA.

The fight is not over though, as Cryer has invited Paul Clark, parliamentary under-secretary, Department for Transport, to visit the area to view how essential the site is for local hauliers. In a letter to Clark dated 29 July, Cryer writes: 'This is not a group of people to be brushed under the carpet. If closure occurs and there is no viable alternattve, then let there be no mistake, a significant number of people are going to be affected and economically hurt."
