Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Idon't know about you, but the Hawk likes nothing better on his day off than to get all steamed up . The old bird thoroughly recommends that you take yourself off to the Knowl Hill Steam and County Show, just off the A4 between Maidenhead and Reading on the weekend of August 8-9. Organiser John Keeley promises that there will be more than 800 exhibits on show, including stone crushers, steam-driven saws and corn threshers. One of the star attractions will be the 21t-gauge steam loco Peter Pan, complete with its train of tipper trucks. Peter Pan started out its working life on the construction of the Southend Arterial road (now known and loved as the Al 27) in 1922. Ah, those were the days.. .when roadworks were a joy to behold!
