Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN INTERNAL reorganisation of City of Oxford Motor Services, the National Bus subsidiary currently operating under the fleet name of Oxford-South Midland, occurred this month, with the formation of two main divisions.

David Graham remains company general manager, although his additional role as traffic manager will be dropped, and City of Oxford Motor Services will now divide its operations into a South Midland division and an Oxford division.

Richard Bowler becomes divisional manager of South Midland, and takes over responsibility for all depots outside the Oxford area.

Richard Hall, chief engineer, becomes operating manager of the Oxford Division and will be supported by David Beaman as marketing manager. He is currently with Bristol Omnibus.

Hugh Malone, the company secretary of the Hants and Dorset group, will take on additional responsibility for City of Oxford Motor Services.

Day to day accountancy matters will be handled by the new company accountant Nicholas Crook, currently assistant secretary. The present company secretary, Philip Sowden, is leaving the company.
