NI Carriers, Ltd., and the British Transport Commission for the purchase by -private treaty of the whole of the Commission's chartered meat fleet have ceased. Because of a change in policy, U.C.L. have decided instead to tender for the vehicles when they are put up for sale in the ordinary way. A spokesman of the company. told The Commercial Motor on Wednesday that there was no question of the negotiations breaking down.
