CM's web expert Chris Snook cheas out European Vehicle Sales's vvebsite and finds a no-nonsense business tool.

Company: European Vehicle Sales Address: wv4w.evsuk.com Overview: At last, a sfte that is no-nonsense, easy to use and clever enough to post up its prices.

Manufacturers are listed across the top of the screen, displayed in order of customer preference rather than alphabetically. All the main manufacturers are represented (including ERF, MAN, Scania, Daf and Mercedes), and clicking on a name reveals a host of trucks For each vehicle there is a clear picture along with details such as mileage, year, engine and if it is still for sale price. Contact details are given on a separate page.

The list of vehicles for each manufacturer can be as long as your arm, so you have to check carefully if you're looking for something specific; there's no search option.

The trucks on the site tend to be five years and older and fail within the El ,000-£12,000 bracket. EVS specialises in vehicles for export and can quote you for your export requirements, including "loading, stacking, delivery, shipping and insurance".

Trailers are listed on a page of their own, with pictures and further details, and the site has a 'Sell Your Truck' page. A 'Deals of the Week' page is still under construction. WHI'CLE SALES ,111111 • reffle son /1/111, 11.■ Ow. Oa.. Pal. OM, LANC.it "UM
