RELAY EXPRESS is the name for a new BRS Parcels Ltd national distribution service to shops, factories and offices announced this week.
Based on 13 regional centres —known as Gateway Centres —the service will provide same-day delivery for bulk Shipments of goods received before 6am and for next-day delivery of goods received after that time. Outside the urban areas, where 'the new service will primarily operate delivery is promised within 4E hours.
