Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Hawk and his hound Foden, enjoyed a most excellent day out when they journeyed down to Dorset to attend the Purbeck Classic Transport Rally. First they saw over 100 vintage trucks and CVs taking part in the road run, from organisers Jahn Coakes' haulage yard at Corfe Mullen to the rally at Wareham.

Once there the duo lost no time checking out the magnificent motors and there certainly were plenty to see. Local fisherman Bill Smith brought along this 1971 Morris Pickup. Although he has only owned the vehicle for a year, Bill has already scooped up an award: "Best Wreck of the Rally" at Dorset 2000. Spurred on by this success, he now has plans to return next year to claim the award for "Best Restoration in the Past Year".

You wouldn't know from its pristine condition, that Peter Williams uses his 1956 Ford E83W (aka "Noddy") for work every day. He bought the truck six years ago from its previous owner who had started restoration, but then lost enthusiasm. Peter had no such qualms and now that it's fully restored he uses the truck to collect timber and make deliveries for his Gloucestershirebased furniture business.

Chris West from Poole, Dorset, brought along not one but two stunning vehicles. Chris, a marine engineer, has owned this 1958 Leyland Martian Heavy recovery truck, formerly owned by the MOD, for three years. The 1994 Russian UAZ you see on the right was discovered by Chris abandoned near Berlin in the former East Germany. When he brought it back to the UK, the vehicle was a complete wreck—but as you can see once Chris got his hands on it, it really scrubbed up well.
