Well now we have another chapter on this saga. We have received a County Court summons demanding £10,000 plus their expenses plus interest to be paid daily.
According to Jack Straw, you're in charge of the wagon, so it's your responsibility. Well, he's in charge of law and order so should he not face civil penalties when a crime is committed, albeit a "clandestine entry" (his words).
