Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

a) All entrants in the Commercial Motor/Iveco Ford "Win a EuroTech" competition must be in possession of a current Operators Licence with sufficient margin to accept a new 38-tonne tractor onto their fleet; or be in full-time employment of a company with sufficient margin on its licence. Commercial Motor reserves the right to ensure the above rule is strictly adhered Co.

b) The winner of the CM/Iveco Ford EuroTech will be responsible for all running costs such as fuel, lubricants and tyres as well as insuring the vehicle during its 12-month loan to the operator. Any damage to the vehicle during the period of loan must be made good by the winner.

c)There is no cash alternative. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

d)During the EuroTech's 12 month stay with the winner it may not be leased, lent or rented to another operator.

e) CM and Iveco Ford reserve the right to make minor amendments to the vehicle specification depending on chassis availability*.

I). During the vehicle's 12 month stay with the operator lveco Ford will provide free servicing to the vehicle at the nearest IFT dealer to the winner. Servicing must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's servicing intervals and standards.

g) The CM/Iveco Ford competition is not open to employees of either Reed Elsevier or employees within the Iveco Group or its agents.
