Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRIMEC UK of Bristol has improved its Towlift car recovery equipment by reducing the amount of welding in the wheel frame and providing for fast chain recovery when dealing with casualties in congested traffic.

Wheelframes are now made from stamped and bent tubing while the crane pulley now allows for winching at up to 90 degree angles, and a low pulling position from either side of the beam.

A fairlead is now fitted, protuding beyond the end of the body with an automatic jib support which allows winching in below the horizontal. A tow bracket can be fitted when the wheelframe is in the stowed position, to cater for normal balltype towing of caravan or trailers.

The new Towlift Mk 2 system, with its optional 1.0 or 1.7-tonne lift ratings, is priced at around £1,450 for the basic installation.
