Euro-Shuttle will be starting a new direct London-Lyons return service early next year after winning a regular weekly contract for 10 tons of base perfume products from the South of France for customers in the Home Counties and the North West.
WEST MIDLANDS-based haulage contractor Genner and Sons has gone into receivership after financial difficulties.
The company, based at Querrybank, has a fleet of 20 vehicles and employs a staff of 20. It had a turnover of 000,000 for 1982.
The receiver is continuing to trade in the hope of finding a buyer for the company. The receiver said that several companies had shown an interest in the company, but would not release any names.
