Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

(shortened to DTi The Enterprise Initiative) has been rapped on the knuckles after tripping over itself in a self-defeating television advertisement. The ad in question features a webbing load-restraint product, which is shown to fail.

Mike Smith of Apex Load Control has been assured in a letter from Lord Young that although there are no immediate plans to rescreen the advert, the offending sequence will be removed from any further showing.

Smith says it was unfortunate that such a well-intentioned advertisement which actually promoted a safety device should show the failure of another.

He added: "As an industry I think we are far too complacent when it comes to protecting our image, and it is high time we became a bit more vigilant." Absolutely!
