Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Leicester CityBus is the first operator to use Cumminsengined Dennis Dominators and is now running 13 of them on its city routes.

The air-suspended Dominators are powered by 160kW L10 engines driving through Voith fully automatic gearboxes.

The vehicles are the first of an order for 65 placed by Leicester last year and have bodywork by East Lancashire Coach Builders of Blackburn, the Frontsource, subsidiary.

"An increasing number of operators both in the UK and overseas have been expressing an interest in the Cummins LIO," says Roger Heard of Dennis. "It is a compact engine and it was easily integrated into the existing Dominator drive-line."

Cummins-powered Dominators are also on order for Kingston-upon-Hill City Transport who will evaluate one alongside three Gardnerpowered Dominators.
