• A. J. Thomson, of Almondbank Perthshire, appeared in Dundee on Tuesda of last week and admitted two charges o overloading and driving without an hg licence. Thomson had no records o maintenance and no provision for drivers reports. He also admitted an immediat prohibition on September 7 and a delaye GV9 on February 11.

Mr H. R. Aylmer, deputy LA, said tha the company was guilty of overloading an was slipshod, falling far short of th standards required. He removed one vehicl for three months.
