Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A range of engineers' cases designed and made by Topper Cases Ltd has been announced.

The cases are moulded in Royalite ABS and each one has an extended aluminium interlocking frame. Dimensions are 16in. x 12in. x 6iin.; weight is 61b.

The case has fitted and adjustable dividers and a detachable ABS centre partition with pockets on front and back, and leather tool-holding loops. The toggle locks have keys and the case opens flat.
