Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

QPEAKING at the annual general meet ing of North Western Tippers Ltd. at Chorley last week, chairman Mr. John Gilbraith stressed the need for liaison among the many grotips of tipper operators in the U.K. In all areas where groups were in existence much work was in progress on road making and building construction, which tended to create difficulties for customers requiring the services of long-distance tippers. in this respect alone liaison was merited, said Mr. Gilbraith. It was agreed, in consultation with the Road Haulage Association, to hold a joint meeting to be held next September, when it was hoped that all groups would be represented.
