• As Commercial Motor went to press the ministers of oil producing countries were expected to announce that they would not increase productien of crude oil following Iraq's return to the international oil market.
This could spark increases in the price of UK fuel.
"There is no reason for us to increase production because there is lots of crude in the market," says OPEC president Chakib Khelil.
