Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The private hire department of the Leedsbased touring organization, Wallace Arnold Tours Ltd., is putting into charter service a new "Executive" coach to offer exceptionally luxurious travel for home and Continental business trips and pleasure outings.

The Plaxton-built body is mounted on a 36-ft long, 8-ft 2-in, wide Leyland 11-litre diesel-engined chassis and is furnished throughout in rosewood veneer decor. It incorporates a sizeable cocktail bar with built-in refrigerator. Of the 30 aircraft-type seats 22 are reclinable and four sets of seats face on two occasional tables for card playing and brief writing. Each pair of seats has its individual lighting and fresh air installation, while a Webasto heating unit operates independently of the engine.

A 240V AC converter feeds points for electric razors and a coffee percolator.

The "Executive" is designed for sustained 70 mph motorway travel.
