WORLD-WIDE manufacturing and IT distribution rights for a small utility vehicle called the Farmobil have been acquired by Chrysler International S.A. The Greek company, Fara) A.G., which previously produced the Farmobil on a limited scale, has been purchased by Chrysler.

Proposals submitted by Chrysler to the Greek Government, outlining the projected manufacturing operation, provide for the manufacture of several thousands annually, 80 per cent of which are • expected to be exported from Greece.
