Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ABERDEEN fish merchants are reported to be planning to switch from rail to road transport for London traffic because of complaints from the capital of delays and lost markets. The railways at present carry about,.70 tons of fish a day from Aberdeen to London and the value of the traffic is about £500,000 a year

The Aberdeen Fish Curers and Merchants Association have complained about delayed rail deliveries. It is thought that refrigerated road vehicles could be used to arrive in the London market in the early morning. Drivers could be changed at the Border.

There are believed to be sufficient vehicles already licensed for extra road deliveries..
