Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Trailer, Liverpool Docks

The advice on trailer security given by Bill Donaldson, chief constable of the Port of Liverpool, is undoubtedly excellent. It is unreasonable to expect the dock police to look after nearly 100 trailers left unattended in the docks overnight.

But I would like to see a driver staggering to his lodgings carrying unsecured ropes, tarpaulins and spare wheels. Try stowing that lot under the bed unless it has 6ft legs.
