Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A low-cost electric hand dryer has recently been introduced by a member of the Redman Heenan International group of companies. Called the Mark V it is considerably smaller than its sister models.

All the working parts such as the blower, heater, switches, etc. are based on those used in the company's standard range of dryers. The firm claims that so far as human ingenuity is capable the design has been made vandal-proof. The working parts are mounted on a back plate permanently secured to the wall and enclosed by a mild-steel cover. Normally, the cover is locked in position and can only be removed by inserting a special key in a barreltype lock. All wall fixing screws are totally inaccessible. The standard model is designed to operate from a 240 V singlephase supply and the maximum loading is 1.4 kw. The unit weighs 191b and costs £43.50.
