Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Vauxhall has announced a four-seater version of the Bedford HA 6cwt van called the Bedford Double Plus. The newcomer serves equally well as a true 6cwt load-carrier, or as a four-seater transport. The rear passenger seat folds down estate-car fashion to give a flat floor.

With the rear seat in use there is still a reasonable load space behind it, but the extra passenger load consequently reduces the allowable payload.

The degree of finish is high for a van and includes, as standard, metallic paint; foam roof-lining, loop-pile fitted carpeting and a heater.

The Double Plus is free of purchase tax and the recommended retail price has been fixed at £764 (at least until the i,ntroduction of VAT on April 1).
