Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AT the annual general meeting of Plaxtons (Scarborough) Ltd. in Scarborough last Friday it was announced that when in Canada recently Mr. Frank B. Ford, sales director, discovered a completely new technique in connection with public service vehicle construction. Arrangements are being made to purchase the production jigs and tools.

With the co-operation of Mr. John McHugh, until recently director and chief engineer of Leyland Motors Ltd., an exami nation is being made of the potentialities of this technique being applied to British p.s.v.

This new method of construction is outside the present field of Plaxton luxury coachbuilding but the company is exploring the possibilities of influencing an organization to build this type of vehicle under lease (licence) in Scarborough and associating itself with the manufacture of parts and sales of the completed vehicles.
