DRIVERS on the Sunningdale to Bracknell service of the Thames Valley Traction Co. Ltd. are cutting out part of the route following the prosecution by Ascot magistrates of one driver for an accident with a car at a road junction on the route. The spot is where the narrow Longhill Road meets the main London Road.
Drivers claim that it is impossible to turn from the wide London Road into Longhill Road without crossing a white line, and are continuing along the main road, thus missing out a section of the service.
Buses are operating normally in the opposite direction.
