BDF, the German road haulage association, has announced that the circulation of goods vehicles (lorries and trailers) of 7.5 tons laden weight or over will be prohibited on all roads in the Federal Republic of Germany on Sundays and the following legal Public Holidays: January 1, January 6 (Prohibition on circulation only in Baden-WUrttemberg and in Bavaria); April 12, April 15, May 1, May 23, June 3, June 13 (Prohibition on circulation in Baden-Wiirttemberg, Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Sarre), June 17, August 15, November 1 (Prohibition on circulation in Baden-Wiirttemberg, Nordrhein-Westfalen, RheinlandPfalz, Sarre).
