TWENTY-FIVE Royal Tiger export' type buses, almost identical to the 620 now being produced for Havana, Cuba, have just been ordered from I.eyland Motors. Ltd., by C.U.T.S.C.A., of Montevideo. Urieguay. As in the case of the Cuban order, the one front Uruguay calls for 40-seater all-metal transit-type bodies by Saunders Engineering and Shipyard, Ltd., Anglesey. This order is in addition to the one placed by C.U.T.S.C.A. in September for 29 Royal Tiger chassis.
