Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Tatra has started production at its Czech Republic factory of US $220m worth of T815 eightwheel-drive military vehicles for the United Arab Emirates' army.

The 8x8s have a massive tubular centre spine chassis and are powered by 342hp (255k1N) Deutz vee-eight air-cooled diesels driving through twindisc auto-transmissions with torque converters to Rockwell swing axles.

They are rated at 28.6 tonnes with a claimed top speed of 115km/h and up to 100% offroad gradeability.

The UAE army is said to be very impressed with the durability and performance of the air cooled vee-eights in the prevailing high temperature. According to Tatra, the Deutz engine has also passed all European noise legislation.

For extra versatility 662 of the Tatra's will be equipped with Fassi 7.5t/m hydraulic loaders,
