Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Drinkwater Chassis Engineering, the third axle and frame conversion specialist, has moved into part of the former Leyland factory. The company was created earlier this year from the remnants of the liquidated Southworth Chassis Engineering. Home is the former Leyland Daf vehicle modification centre and prototype shop in Spurrier Works. The building is now part of the Lancashire Enterprises Business Park.

Managing Director Chris Drinkwater says the building, with 2,050m2 of floor space, gives the company the room and facilities it needs to carry out a wider range of conversion works than was possible in its old Preston premises.

With a 15-strong workforce, it is moving into sub-contracted development of low-volume customised models for truck manufacturers.
