Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I like the story from Western World about the BRS involvement in a slow-moving lump-load. In 1971 a 16-ton steel cabin, 23ft x 16ft x 12ft high arrived by coastal vessel at the BRS wharf at Cowes. A hired 35-ton crane lifted this from the ship onto a low loader, for movement to a Cowes factory, Months and months and months passed. Eventually, after some hesitations, and some serious movement planning by BRS, Pickfords, and the customer firm, the large lump and other chunky crates moved two miles to a coastel vessel moored on the Medina River.

We are not told whether the colourless liquid that drained from the bottom of the largest case — alleged to be sweat — derived from BRS staff or from the staff of Plessey Radar Ltd, the proud owner of this special equipment!
