Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FORMER CM writer and Volvo Trucks stalwart Ron Cater has died, aged 84, following a short illness.

Known for his no-nonsense style of leadership, Cater will be remembered by a generation of fellow transport journalists, testers and colleagues at Volvo Trucks.

A Londoner by birth, Cater joined the transport industry as a driver in London’s East End for Beaconsfield-based Tyburn Tankers.

After progressing to become fleet engineer, he went to work in the late-1960s for CM, first as a technical writer and later as deputy technical editor. While at CM, he also championed the introduction of Construction and Use Regulations for goods vehicles. Until his retirement in 1996, Cater was driver development and demonstration manager at Volvo Trucks for more than 20 years.

Since his retirement, he had lived near Truro, Cornwall. Cater is survived by his wife, Olive.
