Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

This year's LDOY Final promises to be the toughest and most spectacular yet. The regulations sub-committee laid plans this week for the event which takes place at Bramcote on September 8.

Contestants at the final will compete in three sections, two of which will be vehicle manoeuvring sections of three tests each. They will be separated by a "sign recognition" test.

There will be a time lag for competitors between sections 1 and 3 but the event from a spectator's point of view will be non-stop The final run-off, which will be taken in four different vehicles supplied by Vauxhall Motors, will comprise four separate tests. These will not be divulged until a few moments before the run-off begins. There are new tests in this section and the entire event has been designed to test almost every manoeuvring skill, and retain spectator interest.

The competition is sponsored by CM.
