TWO types of tower wagon based
I the new Middleweight Bedfc chassis will be on display during Association of Public Light. Engineers' Conference at Liverpi from September 15-18.
One has .a truck-type body built Lee Motors, Ltd., Bournemou mounted on the Bedford 3-ton la wheelbase chassis with three-man c The tower stands on the floor of • truck body and is easily detachat The other model, built on the 3-1 short-wheelbase chassis and cab, is standard Bedford-Eagle tower wag' type F. It has a workshop body direc behind the Bedford three-man cab.
Both these vehicles have Eagle the stage towers mounted on steel st frames. Fully extended, the platfo height is 23 ft. 7 in, on one vehicle, a 25 ft. on the other.
