Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The operator I am working for expects me to be out on the road for numerous days in a row. I'm currently in a low-roof sleeper cab which is not ideal for lengthy periods of time. Do I have the right to ask my employer for a high-roof cab?

Unfortunately not. As long as you have been provided with a cab that has a bunk in it you cannot demand a high-roof vehicle, no matter how long you are out on the road (it might be worth a try, though).
