Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A Matbro truck has been specially designed for handling empty containers at the works of Crane Fruehauf Ltd. of North Walsham. It is hydraulically operated and incorporates a top clamp which grasps the container.

The mechanism which is based on a special 12ft wide carriage affords 19ft of lift and is designed to handle 40ft x 8ft x 8ft containers weighing up to 4 tons. The clamp attachment ensures complete stability of the load while the machine is travelling and prevents the container being blown off the truck when operating in high winds in large open storage areas.

The fork-truck used is the Matbro Extra Heavy Duty Model 150 machine with a capacity of 9,000lb at a 48in. load centre.
