Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ISUZUWILL OFFER a heavier product range by the end @1 2007. Senior executive officer Jun Utsumi, speaking to Commercial Motor in Tokyo on the eve of the Japanese Motor Show, indicated that both N and F Series vehicles will be marketed in the UK and on the Continent to coincide with the advent of Euro-4,with GVWs of 10 and 12 tonnes respectively.

Sources close to lsuzu Truck UK have indicated that the fitment of the NEES-2 AMT transmission as standard is highly likely, although a fully manual shift will be retained as a delete option should the AMT policy be pursued.

While Isuzu Motors expressed confidence about the future, troubled Japanese OEM Mitsubishi-Fuso used the Tokyo show as an opportunity to demonstrate its determination to draw a line under the recent past. Referring to a number of previous "quality-related issues", Mitsubishi-Fuso President and CEO Wilfried Porth said:"We sincerely apologise for the wrongdoings of our company at that time, and for the enormous trouble and concern we caused to our customers and the public."

The problems at MitsubishiFuso came to light in January 2002 when a wheel-loss incident caused the death of 29-year-old Shiho Okamoto in Yokohama. Subsequent investigations found that a broken hub caused the wheel loss.
