Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Like your correspondent Bill Johnson, I too feel it is sad that Fodens are leaving their home at Sandbach after almost 144 years. How well I can remember visiting "the works" with my late father several times way back in the early sixties. I also remember my

father speaking to several of the people mentioned in Mr Johnson's letter. Such happy memories! Yes please, I certainly would like to see a special Foden feature in CM and I am certain many readers would find it of great interest.

Over the years, my late father purchased many new Fodens and always paid cash for each and every one! It was a wonderful day out to go with him and a driver to collect, "our new wagon" as he used to say! Jean Sharpies,
