Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

111 Andover Trailers is supplying 16 bespoke plant bodies for hire specialist M&J Hire Centres' UK operation with a new design of beavertail ramp.

The bodies will transport heavy construction equipment across the UK using ramps which fold forward flat. Although not featured on M&J's trailers, ramps can also be specified to fold level with the load-deck and can be fitted with twistlocks for containers.

Andover Trailers sales director Ivan Collins says another customer reports fuel savings of around 2mpg with the folding ramps compared with a conventional upright design. He adds that "switched on" customers are focusing on the savings—one customer has asked for six existing upright beavertail ramps to be replaced with the new design and for two more to be fitted to trailer bodies.

All of M&J's units are 17 or 23-tonners, with plant bodies fitted to Volvo FL610 4x2 and 0x2 rigids. The ramp angle is 9'. All the units are fitted with winches and some, as pictured, have Palfinger cranes.

The trailers are set to work out of M&J's 18 depots in the UK.
