Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bedwas has introduced a lower-weight, smaller-cube version of its Cubic parcels van based on the 3.1 tonne Transit 150 chassis-cowl rather than the 3.5 tonne 190 chassis platform. It has a load volume of 9.5m3, with a flat load floor, rather than 15.6m3, and payload of around 800k9. Prices have yet to be announced.

• Vauxhall is to launch a credit card in the New Year. The GM Card will offer a rebate on the purchase of Vauxhall cars or vans, linked to the use of the card. The rebate is 5% of the amount spent on the card—up to £500/year or £2,500 over five years— and applies to new vehicles only (not to Network Q used vehicles). It can be used in conjunction with hire purchase or the Choices payment scheme. The card will offer an APR of 19.9% on Mastercard or Visa services.

• Nissan has increased CV prices. Sunny, Vanette, Urvan and D21 Pick-Up models go up by 3% (the Sunny van is now £8,680). The Cabstar rises by 3.5%—the chassis-cab costs £9,795, the pick-up £10,250 all ex-VAT).
