Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PIA GULLY-EMPTIER which can work in passages only 4 ft. wide has been designed and built by Doncaster Highways Department in collaboration with the borough surveyor. Built to take the Contents of 300 small gullies, the outfit . cost approximately £300., It" is, normally operated by two men, but it is possible for one operative to use it.

The equipment is mounted on a Wrigley three-wheeled chassis powered by a Villiers 1I h.p. engine. A similar engine drives the Reayell'exhauster, which works satisfactorily With a 15-in. vacuum. The engines are interchangeable, and a spare unit is lept in case 'of emergency.

INTo reverse gear is provided on the truck, but as the front end is mounted on a single wheel the outfit can be revolved through '180 deg. The sludge tank has a capacity of 60 .gal.
