I understand that employers are legally required to inform employees of any tachograph infringements.
Woolworths Distribution of Castleton, Rochdale, appears to have taken this process a step further, however.
At the end of each day the tacho chart and a form are photocopied. The driver is then required to sign this form admitting any infringements, is this is a basic abrogaton of the rights anyone has to reserve their defence to put before a court?
