Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Our man in black visits the F Freight Summit and watches listens, carefully, astutely, b mostly with a sinking heart.,

The desire to see at first hand what was being proposi by the boffins at the FTA and its Freight Summit becan too much to resist this year. After all, this is the year tha government is reviewing its 10-Year Plan for Transport some forthright views were anticipated.

It soon became apparent that the thrust of the day revolved around congestion and the various charges being dreamed up to tax us sorry, alleviate it. A call from the FTA to the governm for honesty in dealing with road planning matters left wondering why we should have to ask for something basic.

WerE innocent words of the unaware or sinister Freudian slip will tell.

We didn't quite have a minute's silence for the Gerr Scheme, but Austria's brilliant, easily implemented, mc only scheme was dismissed as being too "low-tech". Also worshipping at the altar of technology is Bristo Watch its retail property prices take a tumble as the Cit, Fathers trial a "more sophisticated" scheme than Mayc Congestion Charging effort. Those nice people at the c say that might include a "freight distribution centre" (by they mean "consolidation centre"?... "warehouse"?... o big shed on a lonely, wind-swept industrial estate?).

We are truly blessed.
