II Chris Cain, known as the Grim Reaper, the man whose one-truck blockade of a roundabout in London started off the fuel protests, still maintains that the only way to get the Government's attention is to block roads.
His Liverpool yard was visited by local police at the request of the Metropolitan Police ahead of Last week's rally to find out if he planned any more blockades.
Cain suggests that all operators should drive their trucks at 40mph on motorways, and slower on other roads, between 08:00-09:00hrs every day until the public is driven to ask: 'Why is this happening?"
