Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Former world hot-rod champion Ian McKellar has wan his FM licence just 10 working days after his 21st birthday on 11 February.

He passed his theory test on his birthday, his rigid test on 18 February, his artic test on 24 February—and is now working for his father at Purfleet-based McKellar European Express.

"We think this is one of the quickest, if not the quickest ever," says company spokesman Tim Simons. "Ian is over the moon—this is all he ever wanted to do. As I speak he is out on the road in an 5rag Scanla."

Simons says driving is in McKellar's blood: he won his world hot-rod title when he was just 18, and is also a tester at the TYR factory.
