Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I have noticed with interest your comments under Question and Answers of February 11 and the problems of the one-man haulier setting up on his own are fully appreciated in relation to the obtaining of adequate insurance, It would appear, however, that CM comments are a little misleading as it is not true to say that all Goods in Transit Policies specify goods for which the Insurer will not pay if they are lost.

For well established, well run firms there are a number of policies available which do not specify excluded goods of any category nor do they impose any warranties upon the haulier with regard to overnight garaging or immobilising of vehicles.
