Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AMARKING film with a special adhesive coating which enables permanent emblems. labels and indentification markings to be moved around on a surface until correctly positioned, has been introduced by the 3M Company Ltd. Emblems can be applied more quickly because initial fixing to obtain the correct position is no longer necessary. Wastage through preadhesion is eliminated.

The adhesive is known as Controltac No. 9650 and is applied to the company's well-known Scotchal film.

Made by: 3M Company Ltd., 3M House, Wigmore Street, London WI.
