Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHEN the large-capacity personnel carriers being produced by Cravens Homalloy Ltd. were reviewed in the November 26, 1965, issue of COMMERCIAL MOTOR, brief mention was made of the prototype of the company's 28-seater bus which was then in the course of construction. This vehicle, which is mounted on a Bedford VAS chassis, has been acquired by Sheffield Corporation and has been finished in 22-seat form, being intended for use as a committee coach.

As with other designs in the range the body is of welded construction incorporating standard-size steel pressings. Other versions of the coach will be available with up to 30 seats. The manufacturers believe that this type of passenger vehicle will find many uses among local authorities and construction organizations.

The wheelbase of the chassis measures 13 ft. 8 in., there being a rear overhang of 6 ft. 1 in. and a front overhang of 3 ft. 2 in., giving an overall length of 22 ft. 11 in. Overall width is 7 ft. 6 in.

There are pneumatically-operated folding doors to the rear of the nearside front wheel.
