Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

When Skills for Logistics (SfL) spent the day at Rugby Truckstop recently to find out what drivers did and did not know about the Driver CPC, it got what it described as a "mixed response''.

Only just over a quarter (27%) of those questioned felt they had a good understanding of what the law requires. There are now fewer than four months to go before the regulations come into effect (10 September).

Some of the drivers welcomed the chance to develop or refresh their skills, but others felt it was something that would just add to the woes of the logistics sector; particularly at what is a very challenging time.
