Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A towbar designed for the new generation Ford Transits has been developed by York Towbars of Knighton, Powys and tested to German DIN standards.

It is supplied as a single unit ready for bolting to approved manufacturers' mounting points on all vans and short-wheelbase chassis-cabs.
